The Website does not facilitate online purchase, payment or order placement. All commercial transactions are concluded offline through formal quotations, purchase orders and signed agreements.

Submission of any enquiry, quote request, demonstration request or contact form on this Website is a request for information only and does not create a binding contract between you and Being India. A binding sales contract arises only upon our written acceptance of a purchase order issued by you against a formal quotation, and shall be governed by the commercial terms set out in that quotation or in a separate signed agreement.

The Website allows you to request product installation, technical service, breakdown support, calibration, validation assistance, and to enquire about or book Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) packages.

The following terms apply to all such requests:

• Submission of a service request, AMC enquiry or AMC booking through the Website is a request only and is not a confirmed appointment, contract or guarantee of service delivery
• A confirmed service visit, AMC or CMC contract is established only once Being India has acknowledged the request in writing (typically by email), and where applicable, you have accepted the relevant quotation, signed the contract and made the required payment
• Service charges, visit charges, travel costs, spare-part costs and AMC/CMC fees will be communicated to you separately and shall be governed by Being India's prevailing service rate card or a specifically issued quotation
• Service is provided subject to engineer availability, parts availability, site readiness, safe site access conditions, and any other reasonable preconditions notified by us
• AMC and CMC contracts are subject to separate terms set out in the executed AMC/CMC agreement, which shall prevail over these Website Terms in case of any inconsistency
• Coverage, exclusions, response times and other obligations applicable to service or AMC engagements are as set out in the relevant quotation, work order or contract — not on this Website

Product warranties are provided by BEING Technology Co., Ltd. and/or Being India Pvt. Ltd. as set out in the warranty card supplied with each product and in the applicable quotation. Warranty terms — including duration, scope, exclusions and the claim procedure — are governed by those documents. Nothing on this Website creates, extends, modifies or replaces those warranty terms.

All content on this Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product photographs, technical drawings, brochures, videos, software, page layouts and design — is the property of Being India Pvt.
